I found a video where Miranda shares some of her beauty secrets, including tips about how to get a flawless complexion. She talks about eating healthy and filling your body with the right nutrients. Check out the video below.
Miranda appeared on the “Fox And Friends” show yesterday on Tuesday. Here are some pictures of her during the day, she is dressed in a pretty pink dress.
These tricks and make-up kit essentials will have you looking and feeling fabulous, day and night.
SMILE WITH YOUR EYES
A woman who smiles often and with her eyes leaves a lasting impression. Smiling is a great asset – not only can it transform the way you look, it also shifts the way you, and those around you, feel.
HYDRATION
I keep hydrated by drinking warm water with lemon juice every morning and before bed. I drink plenty of purified, preferably alkaline, water – at least two litres a day – and I add Tahitian Noni juice, which is high in antioxidants and amino acids for strength and healing. Noni juice is one of my best health and beauty secrets. My nan introduced me to it when I was 12 and I’ve been drinking it ever since.
SLEEP
Sleep is when your body is best equipped to repair and restore itself after a busy day. I often mist my face and pillow with Kora Organics Calming Lavender Mist, which helps me unwind and drift off to sleep. From what I’ve been told, each hour of sleep you get before midnight is equivalent to two hours after midnight. So I try to get to bed early when I can.
BODY BRUSHING
Dry body brushing every morning is an integral part of my regimen. It’s a great way to get the circulation going, shed dead skin cells, assist lymphatic drainage, detoxify your system and keep your skin smooth all over.
GOOD BASIC SKINCARE
I have a simple three-step routine: cleanse, mist (tone) and moisturise. I use Kora Organics Foaming Cleanser, Energising Citrus Mist and Hydrating Day and Night Cream. Take your make-up off each night, so your skin can repair and breathe.
SAVE
Body treatment: I love combining organic Himalayan rock salt with organic coconut oil to buff away dead skin cells and replenish the derma. Coconut oil is also a wonderful, inexpensive hair treatment.
Fragrance: I alternate between sandalwood and jasmine essential oils as a fragrance, simply dabbing a little on my pulse points. I adore sandalwood for its grounding properties, while Jasmine reminds me of summer.
Tea-tree oil: This extract has wonderful healing properties. I often put a few drops in the drain prior to showering. The scent is very revitalising.
SPLURGE
Oxygen facials: The ultimate way to leave your skin glowing.
Massages: Deep-tissue massages and reflexology are particularly helpful after long-haul flights or a big day on my feet at work.

SUPERMODEL MIRANDA KERR GIVES INSIGHT TO HER HEALTH AND BEAUTY PHILOSOPHY
MIRANDA Kerr’s transformation from supermodel to businesswoman is nearly complete.
While her days were once spent travelling the globe to pose for top magazines, the Australian model is now busy nurturing two babies – her son Flynn, and skincare company Kora Organics. “Since becoming a mother I feel like I honestly have had to re-evaluate where I am in my life and reschedule my time more efficiently,” the 30-year-old told The Sunday Telegraph. “I want to give my son the best and my company and clients the best so I guess I’ve become more strategic with how I spend my time and energy.” Today Kerr gives readers an insight into her health and beauty philosophy as guest editor of Body + Soul, which now has a new look. “My favourite part was sharing one of my favourite recipes, organic slow roast chicken,” she said. “It’s perfect for winter, plus it’s practical – it doesn’t take a lot of labour and it’s really quick to prepare.” Kerr, who now boasts contracts with Qantas, Reebok Europe and Mango clothing chain, said working with Body + Soul was a great fit. “I’ve been very passionate about health and wellness from a young age and I like to live a healthy life and a balanced life as much as I can,” she said. “And Body + Soul gave me the opportunity to share my passion with others, so when they approached me to guest edit it just felt like a really great fit.” The former David Jones ambassador said she would like to be able to make everything from scratch but like most mums she often didn’t have the time. “I like to drink cold-pressed organic green juice because it’s a great way for me to re-energise, and I have a juicer at home, but to be honest it takes so much time that I actually prefer to get it at places that do it, as it is more convenient time-wise,” she said.
Miranda did an interview with Daily Telegraph Australia, check out some things she said below.
To get the most out of a fitness program, every person needs to experiment a little and find out what works for them.
That way you’ll reap the best results as well as feel great. We all respond to different fitness disciplines in different ways – what works for one person may not work for the next. My main tip to anyone seeking to get fit and be happy is to take part in activities you truly enjoy. Having a variety of exercise options at hand also helps to keep you engaged and excited about fitness, which I think is important. Keeping fit should be enjoyable, not a chore. For me, the motivation comes from the way I feel when I’m fit, healthy and balanced. It’s important to me as a mother, wife and businesswoman to be at the top of my game, and being fit and active really helps me achieve this by keeping me energised and focused.
MY FITNESS REGIMEN
Exercising regularly and choosing activities you enjoy is important. My training regimen remains consistent all year round and I try to do some form of exercise every day, even if it’s just for 20 minutes. It helps manage stress and also increases my energy levels. I like to mix things up, so I try to incorporate different exercise into my fitness routine, whether it’s yoga, pilates, hiking with my family or even small things such as taking the stairs instead of the lift. Recently, I’ve enjoyed ballet barre sessions, which fuse my favourite things: yoga, pilates and ballet. For maximum energy and vitality, I follow my morning exercise with a green power smoothie that’s alkalising, nutrient-dense and high in vitamins and minerals. I add in ingredients such as spirulina, acai powder, raw cacao powder, maca root and chia seeds.
MY BEST ADVICE
Be gentle with yourself and do the things you enjoy. For me that’s getting out in the fresh air and going for a brisk walk. That always leaves me feeling energised
